Items bought from CAVILLA MALAYSIA 🌐 or promotional events (e.g. Anniversary, MyCyberSale, Parent’s day, 11.11 or X'MAS) are not eligible for return and exchange. 🙅🏻
Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process.
After we received the returned item(s), we will proceed to refund to your bank account in 7-14 working days.

Unfortunately, if it's informed after 1 working day, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests as order might have been packed & ready to be collected by courier.
If your order is loaded/posted and you’re still keen on canceling the order, you're advised to inform the rider that you would like to reject the parcel upon delivery. Once the parcel is returned to our office, we'll -20% service charge and the balance will proceed refund to your account.
